Yeny has worked in the construction industry since 2006, bringing extensive experience in executive-level management, project leadership, and Construction Administration. Her portfolio spans luxury residential renovations, retail, commercial, and ground-up construction projects.
Her deep understanding of the construction process allows her to effectively coordinate Owners, Architects, Designers, Consultants, and Contractors while keeping projects aligned with their goals, budget, and schedule. Her personalized approach to Project Management enables her to anticipate challenges, manage complex teams, and ensure that every detail is thoughtfully addressed from inception through completion.
Yeny’s ability to balance the big picture with the intricacies of construction makes her a trusted advocate for Owners throughout every phase of their project.
Stephanie Armentrout
Stephanie has worked across the Design and Construction industries since 2004, bringing a uniquely multidisciplinary perspective to every project. Her experience spans Interior Design and Set Design, custom millwork installation and oversight both domestically and internationally, residential renovations and ground-up construction, LEED-certified projects, and restaurant and retail build-outs.
Her experience across these complementary disciplines gives her a broad understanding of the entire project lifecycle and allows her to serve as a valuable liaison between Owners, Architects, Designers, Consultants, and Contractors. With a strong understanding of both the creative and technical sides of a project, Stephanie bridges the gap between design intent and construction execution.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Design from Florida International University’s Paul L. Cejas School of Architecture.
